This edition of the IHS Alumni International Urban Professional and Youth Awards took place in February, at the Tenth Session of the World Urban Forum, in Abu Dhabi, UAE. For the first time, IHS Alumni International created the Distinguished Alumni category of the awards, granting the first title to Ms. Claudia Lopez Hernandez, IHS alumna and newly elected Mayor of Bogota, Colombia.
